Payment methods currently available for your transaction are displayed during checkout and may vary by location, device, currency, and provider availability. For your security, do not send full payment card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials to Doventaro™ by email, phone, or social message.
From authorization to fulfillment.
01 · Authorization
Your selected payment method is submitted through the available checkout and payment provider.
02 · Confirmation
After successful payment, an order confirmation is normally sent to the email address provided at checkout.
03 · Fulfillment
After payment confirmation, orders are generally processed within 7 business days before dispatch.
If a payment does not go through.
Payments may fail because of incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, card restrictions, authentication requirements, fraud-prevention checks, or decisions by a bank or payment provider. If you believe you were charged but did not receive an order confirmation, contact service@doventaro.com before placing a duplicate order.
